Mala was one of the most amazing women I have ever known. She was a dear friend whose kind heart, integrity and intellect shown with all she did. She raised her beautiful girls with the morals, values and open heart she herself had to be all they could be and more. I will miss Mala always. I will miss her gentle heart and words of wisdom, her strength and her guidance.

It is with deep sadness that we share that Mala passed away on May 25, 2023, surrounded by her loving daughters, mother, sister, and loyal friends. Mala’s memories will live on in her two brave and beautiful daughters Emma and Megan, her sister and her mother, her nieces and nephew, and her many, many friends, cousins, and extended family. She will be remembered for her big laugh and love of nature. Mala was preceded by her father and grandparents. She is survived by her two daughters, mother and sister.
