Obituary of Pasram Daniel Singh

Daniel Trenton Pasram Singh, 96, passed away on August 30, 2022, at home, in Astoria, New York. Born on July 5, 1926 in Berbice, Guyana, Pasram was the son of Dhanwantia and Ramadeen Singh. Pasram was married to Rajdei Singh, for 75 years, who survives. He is also survived by his four children Leela (Lekh) Hardial, Rohit (Shanta)Singh, Dev Singh and Gloria (Mark) Wilson, as well as grandchildren Nadira (Ray), Kimberlie (Aaron), Hemrita, Matthew (Erin), Michael, Michelle, Melodie, Mark and Alexi as well as 9 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by son, Ray (Karrie), daughter Bea and grandson David. Pasram pursued a career in education and retired as a school principal, after which he worked for a bank, until officially retiring at the age of 83. He leaves behind a legacy of perseverance, resilience and love for his family. Pasram attended Evangel Church while living in New York.
