As long-time friends of Emily and her family, our family had the privilege and
pleasure of knowing Julia for more than three decades.
We will remember Julia’s ability to make us feel cared for and special, including the
way she affectionately held your hand as we spoke and shared special times.
With every visit, every conversation and every impeccable style tip we were graced
with her incredible elegance, kindness, grace and grit.
Julia was a generous and welcoming host to us and it was evident that she enjoyed
being around people who she cared for and loved.
We carry memories of her love for and devotion to Joe, Emily, and Johnny and
Grandy’s grandchildren RJ, Matthew and Christina, who she would sing to and share
nostalgic stories at every opportunity. She will be dearly missed.
