charlie was one-of-a-kind! he was an amazing dad, loyal friend, and self-less husband to barbara. he taught me many life lessons; directly and indirectly. he always had a smile on his face; he made me smile and laugh, and i love how he always broke out in song, singing as we sat around the kitchen table. i love him and will miss him so very much, and he will be in my thoughts daily. thank you charlie for being the kind person you were and the joy you gave to others.
