Fel Was a great mentor to me. I met him when I was 16yrs old and he hired me as a shampoo girl. He trained me to cut and style men’s hair. I think of him often when I am working and giving a men’s haircut, remembering all of his tips and advice. I am saddened by the news of his death, but I’m sure that Jesus’s beard is being well taken care of now. Thank you Fel for your patience and guidance. Your Friend Always, Linda

Fel and your beautiful family will always be remembered especially in our town West Hempstead! Your Hair Place was the best! Everyone from you to dad and wife and all that worked were so pleasant. Like a family!! You and Dad cut my sons hair since he was a little boy. Actually his first curls were cut off!! So many years. God bless you and your family. So sorry to hear of the passing of Fel. He was a wonderful man and friend. So generous in so many ways to the community and his beloved church St. Thomas the Apostle.
