Obituary of Frederick G. Zander Jr.

Frederick G. Zander, Jr. died on May 31, 2019 at the age of 85.  He was born in Flushing, New York and was a longtime resident of New Hyde Park, NY.  Retired business owner and United States Air Force veteran.   Beloved husband of Phyllis Zander (nee Tomassetti).  Loving father and father-in-law of Karen Zander and Christopher Zander (Sandy).  Proud grandfather of Garrett Zander, Delaney Zander and Zachary Zander.  Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Catherine Kilgore and the late James A. Kilgore.

Visitation on Sunday, June 2 from 2-5pm and 7-9 pm at Park Funeral Chapel, 2175 Jericho Turnpike, Garden City Park, NY.  Mass on Monday June 3 at 10:15 a.m. at Notre Dame R.C. Parish, 45 Mayfair Road, New Hyde Park, NY.
