I will never forget you SAM and your beautiful family... I was the first to meet you at NYU almost 4 years ago...Your smile won me over... your incredible warm and witty personality just added to your attributes! I can not tell you and your family how much I appreciated every minute I had knowing you and taking care of you as a nurse! It was such a full circle to be your last nurse in your fight... You fought so hard and did everything you could do to overcome this burden. Your courage and determination will never be forgotten. Your life ended way too soon...but your spirit will always be present on 9 EAST and in my heart. I will never forget my SPECIAL BOY! You taught me strength, perseverance and unconditional love. You are now our angel in heaven FREE of pain, struggles,hospitals and medications! Gob Bless You Sam, I love and miss you dearly! May God Bless your Mom, Dad, sister, brother and ALL of your family members that I grew to love and admire for their strong dedication!
